This file folder organizer is fabulous! It was very easy to put together and didn't take me long. It included everything needed for assembly, including instructions, and hanging hardware that was strong enough for the job. It's very sturdy, and should last a good long time. It doesn't include labels, but does have a built in spot for labels if you want to add some.The only problem that I had with this, is that the way it hangs on the wall, you put the screws in the wall and then place the unit over the screws. The unit has upside down lightbulb holes, so it's easy to slip over the screw, and then the weight of it locks the screw into the smaller area so it can't pull out. But that means you either need to tighten the screws so that they grip the unit and it can't be removed from the wall easily without loosening them. OR you leave them "loose" and then lifting up on the unit can make it pop off of the wall screws. I chose to tighten them... and in order to do that... I had to remove the top divider, which is one of the few that gets screwed into place. As that was one of the first steps, it means I had to remove the screws, in order to remove the divider, in order to tighten the hanging screws, and then replace the divider, and replace the screws holding the divider. So it was kind of a pain. BUT not that big of an issue.Overall this is a great unit, there are 12 file folder sized compartments, great if you want to do a monthly system, as well as a smaller section at the base and some hooks. I'm using mine to hold art supplies, felt sheets, foam sheets, some organizer labels, thank you cards, pipe cleaners, post its, etc. And it's wonderful! Very happy with my order and would absolutely purchase again if needed!

Looks really good in my office. A great way for me to sort and keep organized my various files. I use it for ongoing and outgoing communications that need to be filed or sent out. The assembly was straightforward and easy to do, but it does come with pictured instructions in cast there is any doubt there is a small black rectangle that is the perfect spot to put a label on so I know what each one is. The added holder at the bottom is perfect for my car keys to hang on. It came with a medium-sized driver that worked surprisingly well and didn’t cramp up my hand either. Now, the anchors that come with this are better than a lot I have see come with similar things but I’m still not too certain I’d trust that, so I used my own drywall anchors instead just to be safe. Overall, this is a super handy addition to any office and it looks good too!
