Pros-The height is perfect for installation under a kitchen cabinet. I was worried that the rack wouldn’t make it past the bottom lip underneath the cabinet and it wouldn’t have enough clearance to slide the glasses in. This rack is tall enough that there’s plenty of room for my stemware. Also, the screws sent match the metal and are the right height.Con: This is not a shiny gold finish. The coating is gold colored and was painted on- no shine.

The product came as a returned item so all my screws were laying at the bottom of the box. Not happy at all. The product itself was not damaged.

I had a wine glass rack from my previous home, but wanted a second one, so I purchased this rack. The cabinet I wanted to install them under is in a 27 in wide cubby hole, a very small area in which to work. I first installed the old rack which is about twice the weight of the new rack. I had to measure and drill pilot holes, then had to heavily tape the rack into place, as the cubby hole was too small for two people to work, then screw it into place. Including a few needed breaks, it took over two hours to install it. Then I moved onto the new rack. As it is much lighter, it only took a couple of pieces of tape to hold it in place (though really not necessary). Then I squeezed up onto the counter with my back to the wall, moved the rack into place in the front corner, fit the screw onto the magnetized Phillips bit on my ratchet stubby screwdriver, and screwed it into place. No plot holes necessary and the screw openings are located about 2 inches in from the sides, not at the corners. Great design. I installed this rack in about 20 minutes. They are not kidding about it being easy. As I said in the title, I wish I'd bought a pair, especially after seeing what the second one costs, and given away the old one.
